Cheeky Chaffinch

Today has been a bit humdrum, catching up on household chores in the hope that it will leave me free tomorrow to do something more interesting. Having got through most of what I'd wanted to do I'd left my phone calls till last, and it was while I was talking on the phone that I noticed this Chaffinch going back and forth from the feeder. 

I have my telephoto on my smaller camera permanently now, so I only had to grab it and get myself out of the door to get my blip.  I couldn't have planned it better if I'd tried, and the day ended up not so humdrum after all
