Tiny Tuesday Mystery

This challenge by WalkingWombat has been absolutely brilliant! Macro completely changes the perspective of things so that everyday items become a puzzle. 
I am pretty confident no one will get this as it was an accidental occurrence when I was trying to image something else. I whacked on all 3 extension tubes for this one.
