Week 1 done!

Another long day. More achy breaky feet. But....it was a good day. The team were great and I felt I learnt quite a bit today. I had a bit more 'hands on'...although I haven't been let near a needle yet. It isn't too far away though. We are shown how to insert needles into a false arm initially, I then thought that we would practise on each other but, oh no, the first real arm is that of a donor. So...if anyone is a donor in the Manchester area (and it covers a large area) then beware because it could be you!

Now...I am in bed and nodding off as I type. At least I can lie in tomorrow, but not for long as I have many jobs to get done before the weekend....there is no rest for the wicked (and I must be very wicked)
