Birthday Tea...

Headed off to Edinburgh this afternoon for afternoon tea in celebration of my friend Gail's daughter Laura's 21st birthday.   Laura had her proper 21st celebrations in June in Bristol, where she's just graduated from uni.  Today's celebration was a chance for the "oldies" back home to get together and wish her a happy birthday.

Had a lovely afternoon catching up with people I haven't seen in ages, whilst drinking champagne and tea and eating the most delicious sandwiches and home baking.

Laura looked beautiful and radiant as ever.  Oh to be 21 again and have the world at your feet.  And to my delight, she absolutely loved her birthday gift :-))
