All grown up!

Our young swan on Coppice Pond, first seen last autumn, has now lost all it's brown feathers. https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2030286567775404899

Not sure if it's male or female but we tend to think of it as a male and from being a very reserved young swan back then it now arrives in a most aggressive way chasing off all the ducks and geese waiting to be fed.

It's still very beautiful though and it has probably had to learn to stand up for itself.

I liked the way it looked on the pond in this morning's light.
