Pictorial blethers

Morning light

Such a familiar view, down the Firth of Clyde towards the Cumbraes and the Ayrshire coast - but different under the morning sun, different because I'm more used to the sun being further round towards the right, different because it's the Autumn and the light has that special quality as it emerges from the morning mist into another glorious day.

It can't last, this weather - but for now it's perfect, and all the more precious because it's transient.
