Tattooed Love Boy

This chap was sitting in front of me on the bus this afternoon as I went into town to see 'Where Do We Go Now?' a great Lebanese film written by, directed by and starring the rather wonderful Nadine Labaki.

The film is set in a Lebanese village where Muslims and Christians live harmoniously until news from the outside world starts to raise religious tensions. The women of the village therefore take it upon themselves (with the help of the imam, the priest, some Ukrainian dancing girls and industrial quantities of hashish) to prevent the menfolk from getting involved in senseless violence. Do see it if you can; there's comedy, tragedy and musical numbers - something for everyone!
