October Sunrise Through a Fence Rail

In October, even the sunrises participate in the color show. This fine orange sunrise along a farmer's fence row is brought to you courtesy of a thick ground mist, backlit by morning light.

There is a spider web (not shown) strung between the fence rails a few feet to the left outside of frame. You know how spiders are; they think EVERY public or private space is a place for spider art. (I can't argue with that.)

But the biggest story of the moment was the arrival of that golden orange orb, the sun, heralding the start of yet another gorgeous October day. *happy sigh*

Here's a tune for a morning sun as seen through a farmer's fence rail: the Rolling Stones, with Sittin' on a Fence.

P.S. I needed to catch up today by posting two photos. Please be sure to check out yesterday's picture, water lily art, as well!
