Mono Monday: Rock

When I saw that the theme for MonoMonday was Rock, I thought that should be easy enough with all the rocks we have around here in the forest or where I finally chose - the lake at Samoreau. This afternoon started with another physiotherapy session - quite a tough one today, I came away with my wrist feeling quite sore. Then I picked Judy up and we drove to Barbizon for Needlework group - a pleasant afternoon of drinking tea, eating cake and chatter, with some knitting, or in my case cross stitch thrown in as well! However I had to stop my cross stitch after a while as my wrist was feeling rather tired. My blip was taken early this evening on a short walk with Roger once he had got back from work.
