Burst of sunlight

After an overcast day the sun broke through late this afternoon and I managed to catch this sudden burst of sunlight through the Allan Water glen looking north.

Mondays are my yoga day. However, I am not allowed to take photos, which is a pity, because there are some great poses.

Nuisance phone calls. I don't know about you but I have given up answering the landline phone because its nothing but nuisance calls. I reckon if it is important people will leave a message. Or send a text.

 So I watched to-nights television programme "Dispatches"  which dealt with this subject in the hope of finding out how to stop them. Imagine my horror to discover that the online service that a friend had recommended I register with to stop them has a floursihing business selling on data! there must be a way of stopping them.
