Jabberwocky

Friday was a quick day at work.  Sugar went to a friend's house after school, and I joined them for some fun chatting, and a lovely snacky dinner.  Then we headed back to the school for the Fall Festival.  It is always fun to see the kids in action.  Sugar's class sang a lovely song called, "Thankful", and then they performed a the poem "Jabberwocky".  This photo was taken during the poem portion.  The kids did great.  So proud.  

There was a dessert social afterwards, and then Sugar went back to her friend's house for an impromptu sleepover, and I headed home to see The Hubby.  I read LATE into the night.
