Hardly time to think today as interviewing for an additional member of Alan's support team.  I'd forgotten how tiring this is.   

The good news is we have found the perfect candidate.  The bad news is her availability solves some problems regarding the rota but creates some more.  We need to think carefully and creatively to make it work.  I really hope we can.
