I'm finding our local environment a bit dull after the riches of mountain scenery. Today the promised cold snap arrived; I went out remarkably ill-equipped for the weather. Notably, I forgot to take any gloves. So I didn't stay out long or take many photos. There has been snow in the Pyrenees, but you can't see them from here at the moment. Something weird about the camera settings here, but I quite like the result.

I made a cake for choir practice next weekend, a big batch of hummus, and next up is spiced butternut squash soup for supper.
