THE VIEW ON OUR WALK

The first thing I saw in the morning was the thick mist, but soon enough the sky cleared and a marvellous day lay before us.
I followed first my scheme and even painted a small wall in our little diningroom. A heavenly blue and the painting of Marjolein Jurray on that wall  looks even better now.
After lunch we drove to the Gründefeld barn and from there followed a different new path. So lovely to walk in a sunny landscape.
On our way back the sun dived behind the Deisselberg, painting the sky softly pink and orange.

My haiku:

First go up the hill
From there the view so pretty
Then walk slowly down

And the proverb:

The higher the hill, the lower the grass.
