Shearing time

Had a great afternoon yesterday (bit late blipping!), it was shearing time at one of our club members farm and we were invited to have a go at capturing the action. Ended up with only a handful of us, which worked well as we could all catch the action without getting in the shearer's way.
Brought back many memories of the years we were sheep farming, and the busy time over shearing...and my job of feeding the workers! Don't miss that at all. But sadly I wasn't really into photography then and have no photos of shearing.
So really enjoyed the opportunity, although did find it not that easy.

Bit grumpy this morning as have been setting up a new "grunty" laptop, which seems to be taking hours and Windows 10 has crashed on it this morning. Trying to get some answers but without success, and wasting so much time.....will have to take it into town in the morning I guess...so frustrating.
