Mono Monday - Fancy Seedhead

Surprisingly dry today even though rain was forecast! We popped out mid morning for our walk - and I noticed these 'fancy' seedheads still hanging around. The plants are Rosebay Willowherb and the seeds have all been dispersed, leaving behind the old pods.

This afternoon I have popped to Doncaster to do spot of babysitting whilst Mum attends a couple of meetings. Soon be time for granddaughter's tea....must go and wake her up in minute.
