Mono Monday - Tradition

Woohoo! Madchickenwoman and Tilly are here! They arrived late this afternoon with enough bags and boxes to keep them going for a month! I don't think they're staying for a month....... :))

Anyway, it is Mono Monday and a very special Mono Monday at that - it's two years today since it began - such a successful weekly challenge :))

The theme this week is 'Tradition', so here is the thinking behind my blip.It is traditional to serve a vegetarian a non-meat dish for dinner (not to mention being downright rude to do otherwise!), so I prepared a meal based on traditional mushrooms ( none of your fancy modern varieties) and we spent a couple of hours over dinner, and a couple more after dinner, happily catching up on all things Blip, as is the tradition when two blippers meet..... :))

Looking forward to tomorrow - hopefully starting with a sunrise but with many other adventures out and about planned for the day, as the weather is looking promising :)
