Daylily

I found two praying mantis nymphs on the clump of daylilies. This one was the biggest I’ve seen this season. It already has the beginnings of wing cases on its sides.

Today was very hot. I stayed indoors, tackling a big job I’ve been putting off. Didn’t get it finished unfortunately. Saved some for tomorrow.
