January thaw!

It arrived a few days late, but today we had a reprieve from winter. The ice on the river melted and the water was running fast. The sight of blue skies and a high temperature above 60 degrees had us thinking it was spring. Unfortunately it was only the usual January thaw, arriving a few days late. I hope everyone had a few minutes to get outside and enjoy this little taste of spring. As much as we would like it to last, it won't!
