Tiny Tuesday 38 Hummingbird

This charming hand worked beaded decoration is one of a set given to me by Zeus09'smum, to thank me for watering her plants while she was away on holiday in Mexico.
I tried photographing it hung at the window but the background colour looked dull and a couple of tries outside were thwarted by the breeze, so I resorted to hanging it against a paper backdrop. I love its vibrant colour as it catches the light.
In other news, this morning was cold and frosty (although the frost quickly vanished) and the sky was blue!
The dining room project remains at a standstill, hopefully not for much longer.
