Trail walking in the Holden Arboretum

After two days of walking the snowy trails in Chagrin River Park, I decided this was the day to visit the Arboretum. Places like Lotus Pond and Buttonbush Bog look very different when they are covered with snow, and I enjoyed my explorations. The biggest difference from my fair weather visits to Holden is that I didn't see another person in the 90 minutes I was on the trails. There were a few cars in the parking lot and a sign outside the visitors announcing a garden club meeting, but beyond that my trail walk was a solitary one.
