Shoots

As it was tipping it down with rain Mrs C and I decided against our usual Tuesday walk. I went to her house and we drank tea and ate toast for several hours. Normal bread toast and marmite. Heaven!!!
Then I came home and ate more toast until it was time to get the Little Misses and head over to Bicester for Fat Club.
Despite all the toast  I managed to lose a pound so it's finally going in the right direction.
Perhaps I just need to eat more toast!!
