Where's the Spring?

Dear Diary,

So much for the first day of spring! We were supposed to miss the snow storm but here it is. We are predicted to get 2-3" of the white stuff. A real spring snow. Sigh...it will be gone in a few days and the daffodils really don't mind so I'll just enjoy the beauty of the gentle snowfall.

Unfortunately, I have to go out in an hour. I hope the roads are not bad. I do hate driving in this weather.
