Be Bop Deluxe  - Love with the Madman


A little homage to Bill Nelson the fabulously talented guitarist and singer song writer on this Abstract Thursday.  Desperately trying to hit the big time with his band Be Bop Deluxe he was involved in a passionate affair with the lady to whom he wrote this song (and most of his other love songs  during the Be Bop Deluxe days).  

Perhaps inevitably when he secured the fame and fortune he was so desperately chasing the price was higher than he was comfortable with paying and in the end he chose not to be the guitar hero he was rapidly becoming and sanity (of a sort) prevailed.
