Sliver Moon and Sunset worshippers at Long Jetty

First of all let me thank you so much for helping me celebrate my calendar blipday.  Such a lovely lot of people.  I hope to thank people individually but I haven't even managed to finish the other one - woeful I am.

Today has been assessment day for the therapy dogs.  Every dog under 8 is assessed every two years with those 8 and above every year.  It is to check that they are still fine for visiting.  I do the ID photos and I took the Princess for socialisation and left Hamish at home to get some peace and quiet.  The Princess is out cold now I might add.  It is very quiet here let me tell you.  Bliss!  When the sunset looked like it might amount to something I threw them in the car and we went to Long Jetty.  The only problem is that it is a bit of a drive and now it is late again and that is two late nights in a row.  The Play was "Witness for the Prosecution".  The cast kept us engaged so they did well but really it was an amateur production.

Anyhoo, there were vast crowds at Long Jetty enjoying the sunset and a few that looked to be worshipping the sliver moon.   You might be able to see how many people are on the jetty.   Not too many togs.  I wonder where they all were.  Tomorrow Hamish and I have to visit so it will be any busy day I suspect.  I hope you are all having a great weekend.
