Beach boy

It has been a warm but breezy day on the Costa Blanca and we went to look at a few beaches just to see what there was. Lots of sand,some gently rolling waves and not too many people. Perfect - apart from the sand!  I was after a 'movement' portrait to fit the 52 week challenge on Facebook, so got hubby to walk through the waves to capture the movement.  We had a beer and a snack before strolling back and then a wander through a local dune reserve.  A few glasses of wine and a good meal finished off the day!

My mother is causing concern - anyone got any pointers as to how about getting a full time care home position for her?  She now seems not to be coping with living on her own - even with a lot of support!
