A view from Jeanneb

Yorkshire's best.

Not a very nice day, dull and drizzly, so not the best for the third stage of the Tour de Yorkshire.

After church I have been watching the progress of the race on the North Yorks moors and through Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay whilst helping Chris prepare the Christian Aid envelopes.
It all looked fantastic despite the poor weather and really well supported like last year.

Hope they are back again next year with a bit of sun and in places we can readily get to to watch.

At church Chris was given this gift as a thank you for a little job done a couple of weeks ago when the Calendar Girls came to the village. (More of Yorkshire's best https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2168844877515720000 )
They are a bottle of IPA brewed in Yorkshire; Ilkely Brewery 'Mary Jane' pale session ale; Wharfedale blonde ale and Bingley Brewery Centennial Golden Ale - A Handcrafted Aire Valley Ale.

Got to be the best if they are from Yorkshire!
