Snail on Roof!!

What a bizarre place to see a snail, on lichen, on the roof! I noticed it when I went out to the bin this morning after all the heavy rain we had. I don't know if they normally do this but I'll certainly be looking out for them in future!

Great Tit Update: I've heard little cheeps coming from the post/mailbox so we've definitely got baby birds. The parents are incredibly active making me a bit guilty going out my front door at times.

Our nice postie turned up today and he was delighted to see and hear about the nest. So nice to have him back even if it's just for a week, definitely confirms that the other postie is very grumpy indeed!
