S is for Super, Speedy, Sports Star

Day 23 of July Challenge 2012 and we have reached the letter S.

Whilst much of the UK was bathed in sunshine our part of Cumbria was very wet. Meant a stay at home day for us all doing chores. Did get the Wii going for the first time since swapping room round so that kids got some excess energy out. I did also whip both of them at family fitness trainer ;-) This was my son in action on Wii Sports with a very fast 10 pin bowling action.

Thanks for all the nice comments yesterday. I have been super lucky with the roses this year.
