This thirsty goldfinch...

...had just taken a drink from the bird bath. When he stood up and flapped his wings,  the water droplets flew and were caught in mid-air. In the extra picture you can see a water drop that had just dripped off his beak as he straightened up. The other extra is the female redbellied woodpecker making a visit to our suet feeder for some bark butter suet.

This was taken in late evening so I had to set the ISO really high, but I think the results are worth it.
