Coming in to land

It's been so hot recently that flowers like these alliums, which usually last for ages, are going to seed already. The bee nest which was discovered and disturbed last week has been resettled and the bees seem to be ok. There are very few flowers looking decent just now as you can see from the extra. Work continues though it is very uncomfortable in the muggy heat.
