Don't make me do it

As I sit typing this I am looking out of the study window onto a shiny Mini Cooper S - told you I was 99.99% certain to buy it and having driven it home last night, I have no regrets.

Long bike ride planned today - 40 miles plus so I'm gobbling down 2 slices of toast and peanut butter to give me energy. 

Football tonight, England Vs Russia. I hope it's a good game and I hope it's not marred by senseless violence but sadly I have my doubts. This country breeds some great and inspirational people as well as more than its fair share of bloody idiots.
