Watching the wrens

Capturing a picture of a wren wasn't easy this evening.  They were too busy finding food for the family and carrying it back to the nest. I'm not sure how many wrens were involved, but they were very busy.  Unfortunately I couldn't watch the actual feeding because the entrance to the nest is in the back of the dead tree snag. All I can do is watch them fly in and disappear around the back of the tree. Then a few minutes later, fly out again in search of food. Feeding those little mouths must be exhausting.

The extra shows one of the caregivers returning to the nest with more food.
