Bonus bee!

Today is flower Friday - three. So I scoured the garden.

I came up with two choices; there are three buds on the pink Peony still waiting to open. It seems most stems have 3 flowers so perhaps the best choice for today's challenge - but, when taking these Knipfolia ( red hot pokers ) not only was I struck by the bright colour on this dull day but a bonus bee decided to visit. Blip chosen.

Have a good weekend everyone; very hard when we have had such tragic news on our door step with the murder of Jo Cox and the continuing Brexit  'pull up the bridge' propaganda. We are part of the world with all its problems, we can't hide from it.
