In His Natural Environment . . .

not really because this is very neat and tidy compared to the forests he works in.   This is the forester on his first modeling assignment.  I wanted him to walk through the shot.  This morning after the recycling and before the supermarket we had a walk through this area of tree trials.  There are a variety of species planted.  In the foreground is a redwood.  For the New Zealander's the extra shows young Kauri trees planted out.  People can walk their dogs in this area and there seemed to be some orienteering exercise happening.  Across the road is the redwood grove so there were lots of people enjoying the outdoors on a mild winters morning.
