Newcastle Downunder

Well Camouflaged

This wee lynx spider was hiding in the Teucrium.   It was only about 5 mm across.   Poor thing had to put up with me pointing the glass at it and flashing.  It was not a happy chappy at the end of it.  Those eyes in the back of it's head must be useful for hunting and escaping.  Sometimes I wouldn't mind having eyes in the back of my head.

A day spent nursing a sore throat and sniffles but well on the mend (fingers crossed) and a haircut at the end of it.
