At last...

We've enjoyed our first warm sunny day in quite a while today, and I'm so pleased that I've seen Damselflies along the canal again. There was a team of volunteers from the Canals and Waterways Trust cleaning up and doing general tidying this morning, and I really commend them, and the generous way they give their time and efforts into keeping these places beautiful.  Chatting to a fellow photographer who was carrying a long lens I was told about a new bird hide, so although it's a longer walk I shall have to go have a look at it next time I'm down there.
