Hungry Cygnets

Last day of school today and BB was almost late.  So much faffing around before he eventually got out the door.  I came home and spent the morning doing housework, as the house has been very neglected these past few weeks.  I picked BB up from school, and got there as the p7 leavers were being piped out of school.  It is such a nice tradition.  We came home and had lunch, and as the weather turned wet, I caught up with the Sewing Bee and BB played Angry Birds.

We did eventually head out to the library, where BB signed up for the Summer Reading Challenge.  As the sun was back out, we wandered to St Mary’s Pleasance (where he got one of his books out - see extra) and then to the river.

BB and TT watched the Wales game tonight and were both beyond delighted with the result.
