More Grotto

As we start to wind up the one France Vacance, and look back toward dear old Blightie - albeit one utterly different to the island we left a few weeks ago - it's time for one more foray under the mountains. This time it's Limousis.

Where the Cabrespine Geant Goeffre is an immense crevasse under tonnes of rock, this grotto is a winding 600m trail into the most wonderful and varied formations. Again, I'm hopeful that the stacked exposures and in camera HDRs will prove up to the spectacle. In the meantime, here is the iPhone version.

I see there's a new petition going about regarding obselescence software incorporated into the IOS updates. I've certainly noticed a lag in the camera start up since the last update, and that's without any other app installs. The petitioner may have a point, and if so it's an ugly indictment of any environmental values Apple espouse.
