Semi-Wild Flowers

For the last two or three years the council have been sowing patches of wild flowers (cornflowers, poppies, daisies) in grass verges and parkland and they really add colour to the wild grassland areas. Unfortunately 
they have not continued the practice in some places. This is, for instance Seafield Pond Area - one patch which has continued to be cultivated and another where the weeds, thistles have been allowed to take over.
