Yellow Loosestrife

There's a whole border of Yellow Loosestrife (Lysimachia vulgaris) in the front garden in The Netherlands. Most of it was in the sunshine but this one rested in the shadows. Thus the buds are backlit by direct sunshine. Captured through the window with the 70-300 Tamron lens, this time with a slightly narrower aperture than my usual flower shots.

Thanks very much for your comments and stars for yesterday's clivia flower (with extra thanks to MadChickenWoman for ID-ing it) and the fairy princess party extra!
