Umbrella Sky Project

Beziers has been comprehensively invaded by the Umbrella Sky project. In fact, I think anywhere with narrow streets has been this year. We last saw these hanging umbrellas in Leuven where it seemed quite original. Now starting to get a bit bored of it.

One last half day, enough time to revisit the pop up cafe for an early lunch (pork rilette with pistaccios again, and a melon and ham salad with almonds, but apple juice instead of beer) and to try to stock up on as much sun as possible. Back to Edinburgh to horizontal rain, a bit of carnage on the balcony, and a panic trying to locate my Fringe tickets. Luckily most of them had been posted to me, so no wonder I couldn't print them out in the self-service kiosk in the airport... Duh.

An early night beckons. The best thing about coming home is always getting in your own bed.
