No butterflies!

It has been a lovely morning but unfortunately it has now started to rain especially as our neighbour's are having a BBQ!

I went out to look for butterflies on the Buddleia but there was nothing except a few bees. A wren flew past my ear and I did get a quick shot of him when he perched on a branch but it wasn't crisp.

This anemone was in partial shade under the Philadelphus and I just liked it's shape with the centre sticking up like a little alien! There is an alien on the petal to the right if you look closely.
