I've been a keen runner for many years although I've had to cut down recently as my knees are beginning to complain more than in the past...! However this seemed a good opportunity to blip one of my trusty old pairs of running shoes with a significant dose of messing in Photoshop. You may just be able to see that they both have holes in the toes so they''ll be due for the rubbish bin soon :-)
