Rainy Days

Its been a  very wet, and moderately windy, day.  So, bread making,
food shopping, guitar playing and cookery have been the main focus of the day.  The cookery was a bit of a cheat, as I had cooked most of the cassoulet previously and frozen it, and just needed to defrost it and cook the meat. 

The bread making is ongoing as I type, (I've made 12 wholemeal rolls already) but I'm hoping that my sourdough loaf will be ready for the oven before I am ready for bed! 

Its a short journal entry tonight, as I need to spend some quality time with Cathy ~ well, it is a Saturday night :-))
