Good news is the flies haven't come back (at the moment), but I've got fly paper as well as spray in case!  Forewarned is forarmed :)

Bad news of the day is there are 13 Candidates for my job (including me and the new colleague that only joined to cover me for my holidays and is applying)...   However, there isn't yet a shortlist....
