Knit 2, Pearl 2 Pirates

Been busy knitting pirates,
not real ones, understand -
but glove-puppet pirates
that you play with on your hand.

And why are they called pirates?
(My favourite joke by far!)
The reason they're called pirates
is just because they arrrrrrr!

No prizes for guessing this isn't the first pirate I've knitted! The first, some years ago, was for my great-nephew.
