Going up in order to come down

Breakfasted with the boys who ate well as befits growing lads, especially when breakfast is free for them! Later, we went to the gondola ride up to the Skyline Restaurant where we were booked for lunch and as part of the deal each got five luge rides. S and C decided to be spectators and photographers, so it was just the boys and me.

A short ski chair lift ride further up the hill behind Queenstown took us to where the luge run starts (not on snow; it's only on the highest points now, well above where we are). There we were shown how to control the wheel-less dodgems (what they looked like to me). And then went down the Blue run. Easy and safe. Then we were allowed to do the Red run. I took this photo of the boys on the chair lift going up for the third run.

Not much this afternoon, and then the Night Noodle Market again. The extra gives some sense of what it is like.
