Even with scaffolding...

...the Old College of Edinburgh University is a wonderful building with a superb central open space, now restored ot its original glory.

I was there this morning for a Chatham House Rules seminar on some aspects of Brexit and paused for a moment to take in the ambiance, which I have loved since I first entered the University as an undergraduate some 46 years ago.
