Blipkids!

We had an amazing day today with the lovely Brady Bird and the wonderful Anya and Nate.
We went to Think Tank in Birmingham which was fab! More to do than you can possibly do!
We got there at 11.30 and left at 5.30 and I don't feel like we saw a fraction of it!
Miss E was giddy when she got home telling Mr K about the Little Star who discovered that he had a family of planets (after we saw a brilliant film in the planetarium); all about how they turn the beer back into beer (plastic recycling!); the steam train that's there "but doesn't go anywhere"; the "crafty" in the garden (her name for any sticking, colouring and drawing!); the seat you sit in and lift yourself up (demonstrating pulleys); the hole in the road you could fix pipes in (in the incredible role-play floor); the giant hamster wheel; the water; the headphones.... And on and on!!
She was pretty exhausted and incoherent but obviously loved it!
I think it's safe to say we'll be going back soon.
I love this shot of all the kids - they were so good and got on so well. Miss E for some reason is pretending to have the hump and Miss L is looking adoringly at "Natey" who she took quite a shine to!
A bit scary as we were leaving when she got her fingers trapped in the lift door. I was a bit horrified and freaked out but a bit of a cuddle and a bit of ice and all was well.
What a brilliant day! Thank you Lucie and your lovely family!!
